Introduction of zero-sequence current transformer
Zere phase current transformer is a single-turn through-core current transformer, and it is also a kind of current transformer dedicated to power cables, also known as zero-sequence CT. It is widely used in large power systems, such as large and medium-sized coal mines, iron and steel, and power companies, especially in power plants. Zero-sequence CT is mainly composed of annular iron core, secondary winding, case and other parts.
Zero-sequence CT can be divided into two types: integral type and combined type according to the different shape and structure. At the same time, there are many types of zero-sequence CT specifications for different cables in the market, which can meet the needs of various cable protection devices, as well as various types of power systems.
The requirements of operation modes include neutral point grounding, neutral point ungrounded, high current grounding, low current grounding, arc suppression coil grounding, etc.
